What is required of me?


To be best prepared, you will need to fill out a brand questionnaire prior to the start of your project. Within this questionnaire, you will be prompted to provide us with copy/descriptions, brand elements such as logos, any photos you want on the site, slogans, fonts, colors, and whatever else you need included.




What if I don't know how to answer a question on the brand questionnaire?

How easy is it to switch over to Editor X?


Super easy and TOTALLY worth it! Between the help we provide setting up your new site, along with Editor X's support team & help page, you will have no problem finding answers and navigating this new platform.




Can I keep my current domain?


You sure can! Within Editor X's dedicated website hosting, you have the ability to connect, point to, or transfer your domain. This process is easy, seamless, and can be completed in a matter of minutes. Don't yet have a domain? You can purchase a custom domain directly in Editor X.




What if none of the base templates will work for my website in a day?


While all of our templates are fully customizable to fit any industry, it is possible that your business needs may not be fully covered by the existing layout/pages within our templates. If you feel this is the case, send us an email at info@shilohcreative.com and we'll be happy to discuss further customization options. We also offer fully custom website design if you would like to start from scratch. Contact us here to start that process!




What if I need help with my new website?


Just shoot us an email at info@shilohcreative.com and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. Additionally, you will have access to Editor X's 24/7 support team for any issues or concerns.
